Louise O’Meara

Louise O’Meara is the Project Assistant on the ERC CAPABLE project at ISS. She holds a BA in Psychology from the National University of Ireland, Galway and University of Salzburg, Austria (ERASMUS) and an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology from Utrecht University. Her master’s research focused on factors affecting work engagement which she carried out with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Amsterdam expatriate staff. Since graduating, she has worked on Horizon 2020 EU funded projects, carrying out research, project management and administrative tasks.
